Modern take on a traditional beach house overlooking Sunrise Beach. To capture the incredible ocean views looking down the coast we had to build up as far as possible on the site. The middle level is orientated to capture the northern sun and views whilst protecting the living areas from strong ocean winds. The master bedroom gets a prime position on the upper level making for an ideal parent’s retreat.
